Износостойкость алюминиевого сплава А356 после твердого анодного оксидирования

Аннотация


Исследована эффективность применения твердого анодного оксидирования алюминиевого сплава ASTM A356 в качестве альтернативы покраске его поверхности. Изучены микроструктура, фазовый состав и микротвердость оксидированного слоя толщиной 45, 65, 80 и 90 мкм. Проведены испытания на эрозию твердыми частицами в соответствии с ASTM G76 и MIL STD 3033. Установлено, что с увеличением толщины оксидированного слоя износостойкость алюминиевого сплава снижается, а шероховатость поверхности уменьшается.
