Влияние старения и массовой доли Al2O3 на механические свойства композита Al6O82/Al2O3, полученного литьем с перемешиванием

Аннотация


Исследовано влияние искусственного старения на механические свойства сплава Al6O82 и композита Al6O82/(2 - 10 %)Al2O3, полученных литьем с перемешиванием (stir casting). Исследована структура с помощью сканирующего электронного микроскопа с полевой эмиссией, измерены кривые растяжения, работа удара и твердость. Показано, что увеличение доли упрочняющей фазы и искусственное старение (180 °C, 2 ч) приводят к повышению прочности на растяжение, твердости и вязкости, а также к равномерному распределению частиц Al2O3 в матрице.
