Влияние термической обработки на структуру и свойства наплавки NiCrSiBC на сталь P91

Аннотация


Исследовано влияние длительности послесварочной термической обработки на структуру и свойства наплавки NiCrSiBC с буферным слоем SS-309L на стали P91 (10CrMoVNb9-1). Методами сканирующей электронной микроскопии, энергодисперсионной спектроскопии и рентгеновской дифракции изучена степень неоднородности распределения химических элементов и образование карбидов и боридов в наплавленном слое, а также определена его микротвердость после различных режимов термической обработки. Предложен эффективный режим послесварочной термической обработки стали P91 с наплавленным износостойким слоем из сплава NiCrSiBC и буферным слоем из стали SS-309L - отжиг при 760 °C, 1 ч с последующим медленным охлаждением.
